Season Outlook:  Will is expected to fill a key spot in the Beach Bums lineup in 2018.  He will also be a player/coach for the first time.

Kengor is a two time Frontier League All-Star for the Beach Bums.

Previous Professional Experience: Last season, Kengor hit .286 with the West Michigan Whitecaps in the Midwest League. He smacked 19 doubles and three triples, homering once and driving in 38. He also walked 54 times and was hit by five pitches, resulting in a .386 on-base percentage, while stealing five bases.
In 2014, he was the 28th round selection by Detroit in the MLB draft. He hit .278 for the Gulf Coast League Tigers with nine doubles and 21 RBI. His performance also earned him a late season call-up to the AAA Toledo Mud Hens

College Experience: Prior to joining the Tigers organization, Kengor played two seasons at Slippery Rock University where he was named the 2014 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Division Player of the Year. For The Rock that season he hit .415 two homers and 30 RBI, while adding 12 doubles, four triples and stealing 17 bases. Kengor was a PSAC West Division First Team member in 2013 when he hit .449 with 16 doubles and drove in 28.
