2017 --  Kramer is back for his third season as a Beach Bums and adds Pitching Coach to his resume. 

Last season, he was 5-7 and his 2.80 ERA was second in the league, plus his 95 strikeouts was fifth. Champlin pitched the team’s first ever no-hitter vs. Joliet on 5/20, was a two-time Frontier League pitcher of the week, and a 2016 Frontier League All-Star. He went 10-6 in 2015 for the Beach Bums with a 2.05 ERA, a mark which ranked third in the Frontier League. His four complete games were second in the FL and his 114.0 innings placed 11th. Previous Professional Experience: Prior to joining the Beach Bums, Champlin spent four seasons in the Blue Jays organization, moving up as far as Advanced-A Dunedin in the Florida State League where he went 4-2 in 17 games in 2014.

He was the 33rd round pick of Toronto in the 2011 draft out of Arizona State where he went 9-3 in 16 starts in 2011 with a 2.93 ERA.
